She was born in Athens and lives in Heraklion Crete. She started painting at a very young age in the workshop of Azariah Madanian and Aphrodite Daskalaki. In 1992 she entered the Theological School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki where she graduated in 1999, while studying the visual arts. She participated in painting seminars with Greek and foreign teachers. She also studied for two years at the workshop of fine arts of Christos Tyrekidis (1993-1995) and has successfully participated in group exhibitions. In 1996 she gets her first iconography courses near the famous painter and teacher Manolis Stylianakis for a year. From 1998 to 2002 she attends the school of iconography and mosaic art of, Agios Titos Cathedral, next to important teachers like George Cheirakaki in hagiography, Manolis Saridakis in chromatology and Markos Ntoukakis in mosaic art and preserving works of art. Since then, she followed the path of Byzantine iconography and painting.
In 2002, she successfully participated in group exhibitions of Cretan new hagiographers throughout Crete exposing hagiography and mosaic art. She painted pictures for the churches in Crete and other places in Greece and abroad. She participated along with Greek and foreign artists in the first festival in honor of El Greco that was held in his home sponsored by the municipality of Malevizi.
The last years she is working on the “healing painting” with her own original method. In June 2014 she successfully held her first solo exhibition in Capsis Astoria Heraklion, entitled "Primary Healing Paint and Byzantine hagiography" exposing Byzantine iconography and painting in the same space. Her paintings were based on healing principles of the ancient Greek tragedy, modern psychology and theology and it is an original combination of herself.
She also graduated Byzantine music in 2006 and keeps it as a hobby.
